5-Day Issyk-Kul Lake & Nomadic Life Adventure: Canyons, Yurts & Culture

On the second day of our tour, we will start at 9 AM and head to the Kok-Moinok Canyons. We'll enjoy a pleasant hike that will take about one hour, offering panoramic views where you can take stunning photos of the canyon. After exploring the canyon, we'll drive to Issyk-Kul, specifically to the town of Cholpon-Ata. On the way, we'll stop for a delicious lunch at a local cafe. Once we arrive in Cholpon-Ata, we'll take a private yacht ride that will last about an hour. After the yacht ride, we'll have dinner and you will spend the night at the Olimp Hotel. Before heading to the Olimp Hotel, we will indulge in the hot springs, making it a simply delightful way to conclude the second day of the tour.

Day 3 of our tour also begins at 9 am from your hotel. Today, you'll explore the Semenovskoye and Grigoryevskoye Gorges. We'll start with the Grigoryevskoye Gorge, known for its stunning nature and river views, followed by a bit of off-road driving. Upon arrival at Semenovskoye Gorge, you'll see Suttu Bulak Lake and embark on a moderate-level hike lasting approximately 3-4 hours. Afterward, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch before heading to Karakol city for a relaxing dip in the hot springs, followed by a visit to a local cafe for tasty dishes. Finally, we'll transfer you back to your hotel. You will be staying at either Hotel 78 or MyHotel for the night.

The firth day of our tour begins again in the town of Karakol. In the morning, we'll visit the church and mosque, where our guide will share their history with you. Then, we'll head to the Jety-Oguz Gorge, offering stunning views of nature, a river, and panoramic landscapes, perfect for capturing beautiful photographs. Afterward, we'll proceed to the Kok Jaiyk pasture, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, providing more opportunities for stunning photography. Here, we'll hike or ride horses to the enchanting waterfall known as "Maiden's Braids," a 30-minute journey offering captivating views. From there, we'll descend and head to the Barskon Gorge, where you'll also enjoy picturesque views. In Barskon Gorge, we'll embark on a two-hour hike to see two waterfalls, guided by our knowledgeable guide. You'll indulge in a picnic lunch surrounded by nature. Afterward, we'll venture to Skazka Canyon for a pleasant stroll around the canyon, capturing stunning photographs. Finally, we'll spend the night at a yurt camp called Bel-Tam, providing traditional accommodation in a serene natural setting.

On the sixth day of our tour, we'll start at 10 in the morning. We'll head to the small town of Bokonbayevo to buy various vegetables, fruits, and grilled chicken for a picnic by the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. Afterward, we'll journey to the Ak-Sai Canyon, where en route, we'll enjoy an eagle show. You'll learn about eagles and have the chance to try archery. Following this, we'll embark on a 40-minute off-road adventure, arriving at a wild beach on Lake Issyk-Kul. From there, we'll hike for about 30 minutes to a panoramic viewpoint of the Ak-Sai Canyon, offering stunning vistas of the canyon and Lake Issyk-Kul. After the hike, we'll return to the beach for a delightful picnic and the opportunity to swim in Lake Issyk-Kul. We'll spend several hours there before heading to the Bishkek . In Bishkek, we'll have dinner together before taking you to the airport. This concludes our five-day tour, and we wish you a pleasant and safe flight home.
